    Larisa is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (500hr Mysore India & USA) Hatha / Vinyasa & Bikram method. With over 12 years of experience not only as yoga teacher, Larisa is also a recognized dancer and choreographer with credits spanning across the globe - from Australia, NYC, Europe, the Middle East and beyond.

    I had heard of Hot Yoga (Bikram) not long after finishing college (Dip. in Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance) I was looking to keep up my endurance and strength with transitioning from intense training to the professional world. I expected it to be a great workout, stretch and sweat. Boy was I wrong. Yoga is so much more then that. Through the years, it has kept me sane, taught me to let go, have discipline, listen to your body and be present.

    I teach Yoga to encourage people to connect with their breath. Yoga is the relationship between the mind and body. A time where you give yourself calm, focus, strength, resilience, freedom and release. I enjoy helping others find movement, and stillness. Yoga is for everyone, you are never too old and it’s certainly never too late.

    Sabrina is a professional dancer and teacher born in Argentina where she studied in the National University of Arts and performed in countless festivals and competitions on national and international level. She built a career dancing around the world from Brasil, Mexico, USA and Middle East, she followed her passion and has more than 10 years experience on the field.

    I love movement and how it help us to go through life, to feel the music, to connect with ourselves and others, letting the body learn all different kind of techniques and styles. I've always encouraged myself to grow and develop new skills, and in the past 5 years I've found flexibility and strength the pillars of a good life. As we have to adapt all the time to different circumstances, working on our body's and the awareness of it makes it easier to flow day by day.

    Our bodies are our temple so I think the best way to a balance life is to keep moving and evolving. Being a teacher gives me the opportunity to pass all that knowledge on to others so they can reach their potential.

  • Hana

    Hana is a positive, energetic and highly motivating fitness professional with a dedication and passion for helping others amplify their workout efficiency by practicing correct technique and alignment, improving fitness and stamina levels & develop an overall sense of health & wellbeing. She is a strong believer in practising what you preach.

    Her personal experiences with different workout styles helps her identify different body types and give the most appropriate adjustments where needed.

    Hana discovered Bikram Yoga after falling severely ill with Crohns Disease & Ulcerative Colitis, suffering with intense pain and fatigue on a daily basis. She credits Bikram Yoga’s healing effects for her recovery into remission.

    Hana is from the United Kingdom and started her Bikram Yoga career as a travelling teacher.

    After teaching her first class at Bikram Yoga Headquarters in Los Angeles, Bikram offered her a teaching post in his studio in Pune, India. From that point, she has taught in Hyderabad, London, Frankfurt, Brussels & Jakarta then finally settled in Dubai.

  • Nadia

    Nadia hails from Manchester England. Since a young age she has trained in a variety of dance styles and decided to devote her studies to contemporary dance where she qualified at Northumberia University, completing her BA hons in performing arts. She has since combined her studies from dance into fitness and health as she helps people to become more in touch with themselves through movement and mindfulness. Furthermore, she also keeps herself busy as a certified NLP life coach and running her own fashion label: Pez Leon.

    “During my studies I realised how important movement and mindfulness is in our daily lives. These two elements are used every second of our lives yet we sometimes don’t live in the present with them. I was searching for a movement class that would allow me to test my body as well as my mind and then I found MEGAFOMER a class you can do just that! Whilst attending 4 classes a week I realised that it wasn’t just my body that what changing it was my mindset that had started to change too. I knew that if it had helped me be fitter, stronger and more energised it could help many more people and I wanted to spread the word!

    Felicity is the sunshine girl- full of energy, light and happiness & hails from the sunshine state - Gold Coast Australia. Her dream was always to travel the world, with movement & fitness compulsory in her day to day life, starting with a PT @ 14 years old and committing to intense commercial dance and gymnastics as her major in college.

    Felicity found the Mega in 2017, one of the original team members from when Core Club Pro first opened its doors. She completed both the Megaformer training and her 200hr Yoga certification the same year, and began teaching the Lagree Method right here in Dubai.

    Julissa is an Aerialist from California, USA. She trained in Los Angeles at Hollywood Aerial Arts before beginning her professional career where she’s had the opportunity to tour North America with Cavalia and then relocating to Dubai for a resident show by Franco Dragone.

    Now she continues to perform worldwide, while occasionally ‘popping in’ to share her knowledge with others in the new locations her career takes her. She’s got over a decade of aerial experience and a which completely compliments the training techniques of the megaformer - the two disciplines can align with each other very well in terms of building body awareness, flexibility, and strength.
